Key Responsibilities

· Safely transporting passengers to designated locations.

· Maintaining accurate vehicle logbooks (mileage, fuel, repairs).

· Performing routine checks on assigned vehicles (oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).

· Ensuring regular servicing and maintenance of the vehicle is monitored.

· Reporting any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly to the reporting manager.

· Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable for functional use and client satisfaction.

· Complying with the Nigerian traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.

· Assisting with the onboarding of customers for a seamless experience.

· Following the journey plans as instructed and communicating delays or route changes.

· Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

· Any other responsibilities as assigned to your line manager.

Requirements

· Minimum of National Diploma or SSCE/WAEC certificate.

· Valid Nigerian driver’s license.

· At least 5 years of professional driving experience in a transport company.

· Experienced in driving interstate along Lagos, Benin, Onitsha, Owerri, Awka, Enugu, Portharcourt, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano.

· Ability to use navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps).

· Physically fit and mentally alert.

· Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must pass a background check and medical fitness test.

Preferred

· Experience driving for transport companies.

· Basic vehicle maintenance skills.

· Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends if needed.

Working Conditions

· Involves long-distance driving or overnight trips.
